When you visit Bennett Road Animal Clinic in Okemos, you and your pet will have a pleasant experience. We want your visit to our clinic to be the best trip you ever had to a veterinarian. We are committed to making the health and well being of your pets our highest priority. We dedicate ourselves to enhance and promote the human-animal bond with careful attention to detail. We take every opportunity to update and improve our knowledge and skills in caring for your pets, treating them with the same love and care as if they were our own.
We believe in high quality, not a high volume of patients and strive to be prompt with appointment times. Dr. Wolfe carries a cellular telephone so she can be reached 24 hours a day. The practice is in Dr. Wolfe’s house so we have an “at home” atmosphere – open and caring. She has been in practice for 54 years, keeping updated with continuing education. She was recognized by the Ingham County Animal Control & Shelter for the James Herriot Humanitarian Award twice. She has been voted the Favorite Veterinarian in her local area multiple times!

Our cat Hank had dental issues so bad one day couldn’t close his mouth and was drooling non-stop. After taking him to the emergency vet, they told us we needed extractions and they couldn’t do it. Every place I called said they couldn’t get him in for a month (mind you, he couldn’t eat and was in agony). When I called Bennett Road, their response was, “How soon can you get him in?” They cared for our cat so well and were able to give him a surgery safely the next day. Their price was half of what we were quoted by other places, and their pricing was transparent and detailed and reasonable. He has been recovering well and has just started to independently eat and be himself again. I couldn’t have been happier with how everything worked out and couldn’t recommend them more. Truly a team that cares deeply about every animal that comes through there.
Everyone was friendly. The vet techs and vet were so knowledgeable and my dog was relaxed and she usually hates the vet. 5 stars!!!!!
Dr. Wolfe is the epitomy of the words: "Tireless Dedication." The entire team is a little family. They all push toward the same goal with the efficiency of familiarity, and a joy that is second to none! I wouldn't want anything less for my beloved furry friends.
Dr Wolfe is the best and the only veterinarian I trust with my three dogs vet care. I had spent a couple years and thousands of dollars at other clinics treating a condition one of my three dogs had, and showing no improvment. I thought my dog was going to die. Out of desperation I called Dr Wolfe and scheduled an appointment and within a month, using a different course of treament my, dog recovered and is now doing great. I am so greatfull for the care she provides.
Went there on July 18th for our girl whisper and they were amazing with her. Very gentle and caring. Will be going here from now on! Totally recommend
